a) distinguishable
b) uniform
c) stable and
d) new and has a variety denomination that can be registered.
Plant variety protection is granted by the “Bundessortenamt” (German office for plant varieties), an independent German senior federal authority under the supervision of the German Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection.
